Healthy Beetroot Wraps by Dimpho Maponyane


  • Mild Salad Cream 
  • 4 Beetroot wraps
  • 8 Fish fingers
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Brown mushrooms
  • 80g Baby spinach packet
  • 2 Avocados
  • Cheese (optional)


  1. Start by making the mushroom and spinach relish.
  2. Sauté the onion until translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms and season as preferred.
  4. Once mushrooms are cooked, add baby spinach and cook for a further minute.
  5. Set aside for adding to the wraps.
  6. Assemble your wraps by spreading on the Mild Salad Cream, place cheese, fish fingers, the mushroom, and spinach relish and lastly avocado and enjoy.
