Healthy Beetroot Wraps by Dimpho Maponyane
- Mild Salad Cream
- 4 Beetroot wraps
- 8 Fish fingers
- 1 Onion
- 3 Brown mushrooms
- 80g Baby spinach packet
- 2 Avocados
- Cheese (optional)
- Start by making the mushroom and spinach relish.
- Sauté the onion until translucent.
- Add mushrooms and season as preferred.
- Once mushrooms are cooked, add baby spinach and cook for a further minute.
- Set aside for adding to the wraps.
- Assemble your wraps by spreading on the Mild Salad Cream, place cheese, fish fingers, the mushroom, and spinach relish and lastly avocado and enjoy.
