The Best Creamy Potato Salad
- 2 potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 3 hard boiled eggs

10g chives, chopped

¼ cup Mild & Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Mild Salad Cream

Salt and pepper to taste
- Chop the potato into medium sized cubes and place into a bowl. Next peel and chop the boiled eggs roughly and add to the potato bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and toss through.
- Garnish with extra chopped chives and serve.
