The Best Creamy Potato Salad


  • 2 potatoes, peeled and boiled
  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • 10g chives, chopped
  • ¼ cup Mild & Mayonnaise     
  • ¼ cup  Mild Salad Cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Chop the potato into medium sized cubes and place into a bowl. Next peel and chop the boiled eggs roughly and add to the potato bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and toss through.
  2. Garnish with extra chopped chives and serve.
